Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O LORD God of truth. ...

I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities; ...

But I trusted in thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my God. My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.
(Psalms 31:1, 5, 7, 14, 15)

(Psalms 119:165)

But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
(Psalms 1:2)

... Can God furnish a table in the wilderness? Behold, he smote the rock, that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed; can he give bread also? can he provide flesh for his people?
(Psalms 78:19 Can, 20 )

The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: ...

So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. ¶ Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. ...

And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.
(Ezekiel 37:1–5, 7–12, 14)

Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:
(Jeremiah 32:17)

¶ And it was told the king of Egypt that the people fled: and the heart of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us? And he made ready his chariot, and took his people with him: And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt, and captains over every one of them. And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand. But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pi–hahiroth, before Baal–zephon. ¶ And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the LORD. ...

... ¶ And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to-day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to-day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. ¶ And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. ...

And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.

... and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left. ...

And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses.
(Exodus 14:5–10, 13–16, 21, 22 2nd and, 31)

Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? ...

(Exodus 15:11, 13)

But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: ...
(Mark 3:7 (to :))

And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full. And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish? And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
(Mark 4:37–39)

Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
(Proverbs 30:5)

... and came nigh unto the sea of Galilee; and went up into a mountain, and sat down there. And great multitudes came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them: ...

... ¶ Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way. ...

And Jesus saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven, and a few little fishes. ...

And he took the seven loaves and the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken meat that was left seven baskets full.
(Matthew 15:29 2nd and, 30, 32, 34, 36, 37)

But mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; ...
(Psalms 141:8 (to ;))

The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.
(Psalms 29:11)

SCIENCE AND HEALTH WITH KEY TO THE SCRIPTURES by MARY BAKER EDDY

The power of God brings deliverance to the captive. No power can withstand divine Love.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 224:29–31 (to 2nd .))

Step by step will those who trust Him find that “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 444:10)

The power of Christian Science and divine Love is omnipotent. It is indeed adequate to unclasp the hold and to destroy disease, sin, and death.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 412:13)

V. The Scriptures imply that God is All-in-all.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 331:11 (only))

The divine Love, which made harmless the poisonous viper, which delivered men from the boiling oil, from the fiery furnace, from the jaws of the lion, can heal the sick in every age and triumph over sin and death.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 243:4–8)

The inaudible voice of Truth is, to the human mind, “as when a lion roareth.” It is heard in the desert and in dark places of fear. It arouses the “seven thunders” of evil, and stirs their latent forces to utter the full diapason of secret tones. Then is the power of Truth demonstrated, — made manifest in the destruction of error.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 559:10–16)

In Hebrew, Greek, Latin, and English, faith and the words corresponding thereto have these two definitions, trustfulness and trustworthiness. One kind of faith trusts one's welfare to others. Another kind of faith understands divine Love and how to work out one's “own salvation, with fear and trembling.” ... injunction, “Believe . . . and thou shalt be saved!” demands self-reliant trustworthiness, which includes spiritual understanding and confides all to God.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 23:21–27, 29 injunction)

“Now,” cried the apostle, “is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation,” — meaning, not that now men must prepare for a future-world salvation, or safety, but that now is the time in which to experience that salvation in spirit and in life. Now is the time for so-called material pains and material pleasures to pass away, for both are unreal, because impossible in Science.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 39:18–25)

By trusting matter to destroy its own discord, health and harmony have been sacrificed. Such systems are barren of the vitality of spiritual power, by which material sense ...
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 146:7–10 (to sense))

Every mortal at some period, here or hereafter, must grapple with and overcome the mortal belief in a power opposed to God.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 569:3)

If thought is startled at the strong claim of Science for the supremacy of God, or Truth, and doubts the supremacy of good, ought we not, contrariwise, to be astounded at the vigorous claims of evil and doubt them, and no longer think it natural to love sin and unnatural to forsake it, — no longer imagine evil to be ever-present and good absent?
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 130:26–32)

There is no error in Science, and our lives must be governed by reality in order to be in harmony with God, the divine Principle of all being.

When once destroyed by divine Science, the false evidence before the corporeal senses disappears. ... The central fact of the Bible is the superiority of spiritual over physical power.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 131:3–7, 10)

Evil is not supreme; good is not helpless; nor are the so-called laws of matter primary, and the law of Spirit secondary.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 207:10–13)

The facts of divine Science should be admitted, — although the evidence as to these facts is not supported by evil, by matter, or by material sense, — because the evidence that God and man coexist is fully sustained by spiritual sense.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 471:13–17)

Where the spirit of God is, and there is no place where God is not, evil becomes nothing, — the opposite of the something of Spirit.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 480:2–5)

Evil has no reality. It is neither person, place, nor thing, but is simply a belief, an illusion of material sense.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 71:2)

In reality, the more closely error simulates truth and so-called matter resembles its essence, mortal mind, the more impotent error becomes as a belief. According to human belief, the lightning is fierce and the electric current swift, yet in Christian Science the flight of one and the blow of the other will become harmless. The more destructive matter becomes, the more its nothingness will appear, until matter reaches its mortal zenith in illusion and forever disappears.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 97:5–13)

The illusion of Moses lost its power to alarm him, when he discovered that what he apparently saw was really but a phase of mortal belief.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 321:16)

When understanding changes the standpoints of life and intelligence from a material to a spiritual basis, we shall gain the reality of Life, the control of Soul over sense, and we shall perceive Christianity, or Truth, in its divine Principle.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 322:3–7)

You command the situation if you understand that mortal existence is a state of self-deception and not the truth of being.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 403:14–16)

When the illusion of sickness or sin tempts you, cling steadfastly to God and His idea. Allow nothing but His likeness to abide in your thought. Let neither fear nor doubt overshadow your clear sense and calm trust, that the recognition of life harmonious — as Life eternally is — can destroy any painful sense of, or belief in, that which Life is not. Let Christian Science, instead of corporeal sense, support your understanding of being, and this understanding will supplant error with Truth, replace mortality with immortality, and silence discord with harmony.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 495:14)

There is no power apart from God. Omnipotence has all-power, and to acknowledge any other power is to dishonor God.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 228:25–27)

Either there is no omnipotence, or omnipotence is the only power. God is the infinite, and infinity never began, will never end, and includes nothing unlike God.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 249:13–16)

Divine metaphysics, as revealed to spiritual understanding, shows clearly that all is Mind, and that Mind is God, omnipotence, omnipresence, omniscience, — that is, all power, all presence, all Science. Hence all is in reality the manifestation of Mind.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 275:20)

God being everywhere and all-inclusive, how can He be absent or suggest the absence of omnipresence and omnipotence? How can there be more than all?
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 287:13)

Can matter drive Life, Spirit, hence, and so defeat omnipotence?
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 357:31)

Christian Science, understood, coincides with the Scriptures, and sustains logically and demonstratively every point it presents. Otherwise it would not be Science, and could not present its proofs. ... It presents the calm and clear verdict of Truth against error, uttered and illustrated by the prophets, by Jesus, by his apostles, as is recorded throughout the Scriptures.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 358:9–13, 15)

When man is governed by God, the ever-present Mind who understands all things, man knows that with God all things are possible.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 180:25–27)

When we come to have more faith in the truth of being than we have in error, more faith in Spirit than in matter, more faith in living than in dying, more faith in God than in man, then no material suppositions can prevent us from healing the sick and destroying error.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 368:14)

Nothing but the power of Truth can prevent the fear of error, and prove man's dominion over error.

... Nothing is more disheartening than to believe that there is a power opposite to God, or good, and that God endows this opposing power with strength to be used against Himself, against Life, health, harmony.

Every law of matter or the body, supposed to govern man, is rendered null and void by the law of Life, God.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, pp. 380:19, 28–1)

The great fact remains that evil is not mind. Evil has no power, no intelligence, for God is good, and therefore good is infinite, is All.
(Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 398:32)

GOD. The great I AM; the all-knowing, all-seeing, all-acting, all-wise, all-loving, and eternal; ...
